to elaborate: the doll was about a foot and a half long, and the "hole" was located on the end of it, fleshlight fashion (which meant that it didn't have legs...but this didn't seem unusual to me at the time). it had a control panel on the back where you could toggle between different celebrities and/or sex acts at the flip of a switch. there were only maybe 10 celebrities you could choose from, so it's curious that Danielle Fishel made the shortlist. the dream didn't have any narrative/context as far as I can remember.
