in 2016 i would definitely prefer to hear any other ddm/ddm-related release over lttp

lttp articulated itself perfectly but is monolithically dated for that

the torrid, raggedly unmoored vibe of llvlh (or "corny", if u are a pleb) is much more striking now

corny just seems kind of a super absurd thing to draw for in a ddm conversation... like its moodboard was cool but also never just about presenting itself as such, always more a particular sincerity navigated to and sometimes past an extreme. like yeah it's corny! all of it was, like every good thing in life
