I think we have a deal. Kevin will give me a letter of intent. I left a number of parts with them to test and use to present to their board on Tuesday. Kevin expects them to approve our deal as per the letter of our requirements and we shook hands on the deal. It was a calculated risk on my part that I thought we should. He was also interested in our suggestion of an employment contract...you should reconfirm that this is an option on top of any licensing agreement and the 58K up front advance against fees.

I am having dinner with him tonight. You should follow up Monday. I was purposely a little vague on the employment contract issue....that could be good as it involves future design projects related to power systems and comms.... I'll try and give that clarity tonight.

Here is an outline of the beach weekend:

Mike and Jen will get to Selma at 4:03 (assuming on time) – we will pick them up and head to the beach (takes about 2 hrs from train station), assumes we will get to key pick-up about 6pm. Staying at Summer Winds, Mile 11.5 (center of Emerald Isle)

We will eat diner in Friday night

Meals:

· 3 diners (Fri, Sat, Sun) – two will be in – Friday and one other, one diner out; Mike/Jen do 1 dinner; Austin/Marion do other

· 2 lunches – we will take care of this – we may want to do 1 lunch out

· 3 breakfasts in – we will take of that

We will buy all groceries except the two eat in dinners (we can pick up what you want if you give us and shopping list and we will let you know cost). We will bring staples. You should each bring any snack or drink that you may personally want.

Bring a bathing suit. Right now they are saying the hot tub area will be closed; however there is a chance the roof repair will done before we get there and it will be open.
