I'm late to the party on Shannon & the Clams, just clicked that link above yesterday and I'm in love. Just bought a ticket to see them next month (my first show in 7th Street Entry in years...)

Like Amy Winehouse fronting Southern Culture on the Skids. Looks like it's gonna be big fun in a small club.

This was in Milwaukee earlier this year: Slim Jim Phantom's Rockabilly Circus - rolling into the Northern Lights Theater at Potawatomi Hotel and Casino tonight at 8 - is a full cavalcade of rock and rhythm and blues with a lineup that features the Stray Cats drummer along with Sonny Burgess and the Legendary Pacers, Deke Dickerson and Kim Lenz and Wanda Jackson

Circus 2 coming October 9: Jack Scott, Narvel Felts, Huelyn Duvall, Marti Brom. And I may be there! Consolation prize for missing Ponderosa Stomp.

Chris Casello Trio on the bill too. He's up there with Bill Kirchen in my book.

Reviving this thread (although it seems like there's minimal interest) to say I'm really loving The 24th Street Wailers. They're R&B revival, not rockabilly, and for a band of young Canadians they nail the vintage Etta James sound extremely well. Catchy songwriting too.
