as long as we're going down this road, my current fave dumb thing to buy and cook at home is SHISHITO PEPPERS, blistered in a wok with a spoonful of sesame oil, pat em down after five minutes and hit it with kosher salt and lime juicethey are awesome and easy and i am eating them now
