i am sorry but that is the truth as I know it

have to disagree, carrots are great but i don't always want that root vegetable sweetness in my food

probably 90% of the dishes i cook start with onions & garlic. 10% AT BEST start with carrots.

carrots are nice and all but they ain't the "workhorse of the kitchen" that onions or garlic are.

Since we're talking about fictional jobs, I have a friend from high school who woke up one morning and decided that she was not, in fact, a play director/educator of high school students, but instead an intuitive life coach. I have not yet had the heart to ask her how that's working out for her since this also coincided with a divorce and a surprise baby with the dude she cheated on her husband with and I suspect Other Issues may have contributed to this revelation.
