It mystifies me that you dudes can get into this but not the new keef stuff I mean basically the diff is he's just a more extroverted/outwardly extreme personality (which is to say m@tt's comparison isn't bad at all)

deej i don't actually hate keef btw, i just think you get a bit carried away

but yeah i totally see the similarities between the two

i luv keef but the nihilism can be kinda tuff 2 take i imagine is the issue for some people rather than stylistic considerations its just a very dark vibe

if i listen to a bunch of keef songs or try to listen to a whole mixtape in a row it kinda wears me out

agree w whoever said this is more of a quan project feel like its def in his low key groovy register but its interesting you can hear thugs influence on him especially w the variety of cadences and styles its a cornucopia but also needless to say thugger knows what to do in this mode too no prob

So is Metro Thuggin actually coming soon? It's really at the end of mixing now. Just fine tuning and making sure everything's perfect. Once you put it out, you can't go back, so it's just little things like that. It'll be out soon just for the simple fact that I don't want to keep people waiting. As a fan, I find that irritating. That's what helps me in my career: I know how to relate to people, knowing what they want. I'm still on the blogs, reading everything, downloading the songs. I already know how I used to look at stuff. "Oh, they pushed it back again? I don't care about that shit anymore." The attention span is so short these days, and so much stuff is coming out, that after all the work we put in I don't want to keep people waiting.
