I guess it was deemed redundant, but it's between the two 1988 techno singles by Kevin Saunderson.

would be Good Life in an ile poll also

Do You Love What You Feel and Aint Nobody Better are far better than seems generally acknowledged.

This is really really difficult but I'm going to opt for Good Life because the chords are perfect and the way Paris Grey sings "do you want the good life or not" is so brilliantly effective in conveying the bliss of the moment - a rhetorical question put so passionately that to walk away from such pleasure is simple madness.

Good Life esp. for the video, which predicts the Occupy movement by being filmed on some schmancy street (Bond St.? not sure) and by St. Paul's, also ends on Chelsea Bridge...

But Do You Love What You Feel is even better.

I can never decide if I prefer that mix or the Master Reese Meltdown Mix which uses the Soul II Soul drum loop.

The harmonies in Good Life seal it for me. "No more rainy days the sun'll chase the clouds away". Plus the sick hi-hat action on the mayday mix

brimstead, Sunday, 13 September 2015 22:32 (eight years ago) link

One of the best set of remixes, the mayday, the magic juan, forget what else

three years pass...

Big Fun is several levels of magnitude greater than Good Life, imo.

We don't really need a crowd to have a party
