caek, Signature Smile in Brooklyn Heights is pretty good -- nice clean office with very up-to-date equipment and the staff are nice. Don't know if they take UHC or not.

xp and I was playing on your syntax, but w/e, actually I live in Queens and have certainly never spent $300 on a meal. But the Brooklyn Fare chef's table is a pretty sought after meal.

Ramirez instructed Ms. Howard to give the worst pieces of meat to the ‘s- -t people,’ i.e. Asian people, and to Upper West Siders,”
feel like this is actually kind of a progressive racist vision, like it acknowledges that race is culturally constructed, race can be the continent where your ancestors originated or it can just be the neighborhood in which you currently reside

racism is def bad but u know what else is bad, tasting menus, racism/neighborhoodism is just another aspect the abuse inherent in this dining style
― lag∞n, Tuesday, 2 December 2014 16:35 (nine years ago) link
you know whats good paying exorbitant fees to have a server interrupt your meal to explain what each little piece of food is, then u take a picture of the dish then u talk about how it tasted, this place is the pinnacle of the form tho where u even sit at a counter like in a diner and watch the chef perform his... cooking
