Far as I know, deep web addresses get assigned randomly, so the album might be called SYRO simply because the address he got started with syro. and he though it was a cool name for it.
This is the sort of significance I could extract from quick search for the song titles:
CIRCL could stand for Computer Incident Response Center Luxembourg. U473 is a Unicode character. It’s also a type of Nazi German U-boat. Minipops are little pixel dudes.180db is where death of hearing tissue begins. Produk is Hindi for product.Aisatsana is Anastasia spelled backwards.

if you make a lot of electronic music you get tired of trying to think of descriptive/interesting/funny titles and usually they seem overly didactic so you end up w/ kremblax22_v3
― clouds, Tuesday, 19 August 2014 21:32 (nine years ago) link
feel like those are descriptive/interesting/funny titles, just for songs made on a computer by a computer user, analog to "Morning Song" for the song you wrote on your guitar in the morning about the morning.

s950tx16wasr10 - S950 / TX16W / ASR10 are all samplers.
fz pseudotimestretch+e+3 - FZ = Casio samplers (wot don't do proper timestretch so maybe that means start point modulation or something)
Functional working titles / gear references.

Well looking at these posts it seems that the tracklisting is actually not that weird but comprised of the gear he used to make these tracks:
Minipops KorgAPI 2500 is a compressorCasio FZ synthSequentix Cirklon sequencerAkai s950Ensoniq ASR-10Yamaha TX16W
Looking at that gear this might sound similar to his Analord series?
