Ismael Klata, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 20:59 (nine years ago) link

what are the odds on Germany winning this game now? I mean the actual odds, are they even backable?

pandemic, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 20:59 (nine years ago) link

Ah Di Stefano

pandemic, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:00 (nine years ago) link

this game will probably have political ramifications, no? like a lot of people who were borderline sour on the world cup / olympics stuff now become even more cynical

iatee, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:00 (nine years ago) link

pandemic, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:04 (nine years ago) link

bet365 were 1/750 just after the 5th goal, not offering odds at all now.

ailsa, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:04 (nine years ago) link

that's a big number for dom

le goon (J0rdan S.), Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:04 (nine years ago) link

s'all been a bit dreamlike, no discernible logic to what's unfolding before your eyes so you just gotta roll with it

Merdeyeux, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:05 (nine years ago) link

well he was kind of forced into changing Lahm's position...

Number None, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:05 (nine years ago) link

jaymc, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:06 (nine years ago) link

Tons of fun trolling a friend in Sao Paolo right now. HIs response: "Soccer? Never heard of it. I'm actually at a Scandinavian silent movies restrospective now."

Josh in Chicago, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:07 (nine years ago) link

wtf are you doing Germany

Ismael Klata, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:07 (nine years ago) link

It's amazing how Brazil are going to win this 6 - 5

StanM, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:09 (nine years ago) link

In american football, we always allow for the possibility of 'halftime adjustments'

chikungunya manatee (Sufjan Grafton), Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:09 (nine years ago) link

our Elz said Skybet wasn't offering a price on Brazil to win

Daphnis Celesta, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:09 (nine years ago) link

They've decided they want Tim Howard's saves record.

Even at 5-0 up, Thomas Mueller still being a dick about Brazil getting a corner.

William Bloody Swygart, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:10 (nine years ago) link

Germany trying to gift brazil a goal. Brazil aren't interested

cajunsunday, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:10 (nine years ago) link

Had Germany to win and both teams to score at 13/2 pre-match so Neuer is killing me.

Wristy Hurlington (ShariVari), Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:11 (nine years ago) link

Match-fixing a little blatant in this one tbh...

schwantz, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:13 (nine years ago) link

.. really?

Van Horn Street, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:13 (nine years ago) link

international match fixing, the scandal no football fans are talking about

Daphnis Celesta, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:14 (nine years ago) link

Neymar's broken back a false flag, says Alex Jones

plenty of S&M goin on

chikungunya manatee (Sufjan Grafton), Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:18 (nine years ago) link

5-0 up, and eight German players surround the referee to complain about him not booking Maicon for simulation. God, I hope Robben gives these a doing.

Paulinho's run on goal thwarted as he has not learned how to move laterally.

William Bloody Swygart, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:20 (nine years ago) link

Hulk, Bernard, Fred - these are not football players.

cajunsunday, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:21 (nine years ago) link

And the Brazilian keeps booing Fred. I don't know but, maybe boo your defense?

In the airplane over the .CSS (Le Bateau Ivre), Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:23 (nine years ago) link

Bernard is good. Not really his fault.

Wristy Hurlington (ShariVari), Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:24 (nine years ago) link

it begins

Muller so pissed off at Schurrle for that

Ismael Klata, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:25 (nine years ago) link

If anyone still wants to bet on Brazil winning this, I'll give odds

Turtleneck Work Solutions (Nasty, Brutish & Short), Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:27 (nine years ago) link

It's like the Brazil defence have been drugged

paolo, Tuesday, 8 July 2014 21:27 (nine years ago) link

the over the top criticism of Fred seems unwarranted. He's always been a limited player with an above average goalscoring record. I mean even he probably doesn't understand how he ended up as the starting striker for Brazil in a World Cup. The real ire should be reserved for the overpriced and overhyped European-based players in the team
