This isn't the first time he's been accused of being in on a hoax. It reminds me of the Black Devil Disco Club reissue from a few years ago. But we also thought there was no way it was from the 70s either.

Oh yeah the Black Devil Disco Club album is fantastic as is 28 After. I always wondered how many people had actually heard it before the 2004 reissue. I certainly hadn't heard it before then.

Too much of a good thing? The change of moniker wouldn't really combat that anyway, but isn't it also possible that it's just really original great music? Despite being massive influential, I can't think of many artists who entirely replicate this kind of early 90s RDJ sound...
