Xpost: I got that it was waiting to exhale because as soon as I figured out "waiting to" my instinctive thought was "I hope it says waiting to exhale."

I am impressed that someone would be so impressed by waiting to exhale as to announce it to all drivers. Presumably the plate was made well after the movie came out, I'm guessing?
