CHEROKEE PARK!!! Your parents live right next to Cherokee Park too? That's where my baby's-momma's parents live. You don't happen to have ever known a girl named Jenny Lewis that went to Male HS do ya?

(I wanted to know why it's called Male High School. I was going to ask if the mascot was a giant wang, but I'd rather not know.)

Dan, Central's the Hornets, I think Male's the Rams or something. It is called Male because originally it was for boys only. The official name is "Male Traditional High School," because it is the only school in Jefferson County, Kentucky that adheres to a "traditional" high school format (altho they let girls and blacks, and sometimes even black girls in now! [bad humor, I know]).

One of Jenny's best friends from Male was a black girl named Lisa...um...okay I can't remember her last name.

I met a bunch of her high school friends, but for obvious reasons the only one I remember right now (besides Lisa, of course) is a skinny little white dude named Charles Mingus (and thus the obvious reason I remember him).

It involved Dan Perry. Apparently, he lives 9 floors below me in my apartment building (although I only had to go one flight down to meet him; why I would go to another floor to take out the garbage I'm not sure) with his sister. Also, he's Indian. I met him, that was it.

Oh, and I should have clarified - although Dan's "friend" lives 9 floors below me, I managed to go 9 floors down by going one floor down. Maybe I live 8 floors below myself?

Like he needs an excuse.

Next, I was at the harbour and there was this old guy fishing there...the sea was really rough, but he insisted on fishing. Finaly, he managed to catch a leopard, who promptly walked around the harbour and allowed himself to be petted by myself. The guy was gonna kill him; I really didn’t want that to happen, so I asked (pleaded?) him “why, why?”, and he got real angry and said “My daughter...my daughter is dead...she always wanted me to get her a leopard!” “But she didn’t want you to kill him?” I asked. “No, no...” he admitted, and broke down, falling to his knees.

We had gotten this new TV service, which allowed us to get plenty more channels (including German ones, and one which shows Buffy), and all those kids were watching it...though actually it was in a store and there dozens of diferent TVs. Then we decided that it was actually a store where you could *rent* certain TV packages.

Also, I’m not sure whether this was in the middle of that dream or another dream entirely, but here goes: me and mum were in this real fancy mall (with golden towers and everything), and she sent me off to buy coal....I got to the counter and there was my current history teacher, who made it difficult for me to get any. Mum walked by and was basically all like “yeah, it ain’t working, is it?” (I might have been Erykah Badu in one or more instances of this dream, I can’t really remember.)

A teacher (my 11th grade philosophy teacher, I think) wanted me to do something in class which I don’t have any idea how to do (it wasn’t sex, before you ask). So I refused, and she went “oh well, Daniel’s too shy to do this” and I got real angry because godamnit, I’m never too damn shy to do something in class. So I went “OH YEAH??”, and did it in a really overblown, incapable way. I think I might have sung bits of The Ramones’ “Rock & Roll High School” while doing it, too.

I dreamt that 50 Cent had actually already released two singles- that “In The Club” and the one with the hand-clapping were two separate records.

maybe inspired by the fact that the NIN poll is constantly at the top of Site New Answers but I had a dream that I was in a Nine Inch Nails cover band and we did "Piggy" and the lyrics were "Hey there piggy pig pig oink oink oink"
