How would one write a letter to the editor over anti illegal Immigration without sounding like a racist?
If you were to write a 250 word letter to your paper over anti(It would a letter to the editor against the illegals and all of their freebies, states that have taken law and made it tougher for illegals there) illegal Immigration , how could you do it and not sound like a racist, yet get people's attention to this growing problem? Any ideas? The letter would have to apply to all sorts of communities and cities.

There was a man in line ahead of me at the store one time who was being kind of a pain to the cashier. The store was busy and she was getting a bit exasperated. I told her, "I don't care if you're black, white or purple with green spots, I'm upset because that was an uncomfortable and embarrassing public situation back there--OK? If I was the kind of person that wouldn't like you just because you're black, would I even be here with you?" She was sort of taken aback but then understood where I was coming from. Being of a minority race doesn't mean you have free license to screw up and/or act like a jerk and not get called on it, by anybody whether of your race or not.
