About time. Somebody should ask Bush about that one too, and see if he says there's still a tie between increased oil consumption helping in defeating terrorists (he says that, right?).

In an interview in today's Guardian Life section, Ron Oxburgh, chairman of Shell, says we urgently need to capture emissions of the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide, which scientists think contribute to global warming, and store them underground - a technique called carbon sequestration.

Translation: Can Shell have billions of government cash and tax breaks, because you know... it's for the environment

An ex of mine worked for Shell. He said some very interesting things about them I probably wasnt meant to know (and cant really prove now, sadly). Such as no new oil being found in Australia for something like 30 years. And price fixing around holidays at petrol pumps (which they always deny). Theyre shits.
