i mean, let's be real, any song that sold millions of downloads and broke radio airplay records is not unanimously hated. outside of this message board it's pretty well regarded. even on Pazz & Jop it just barely missed the top 10.

i looked up the chorus cuz I find the opening "with me/with me" rhyme really insipid and grating, and it turns out he threw a "fuck" in there too that i was unaware of.

the lazy rhyming doesn't really bother me, since the rhyme is such an unimportant part of the hook -- it's all about the groove. it doesn't really get in the way
