I don't know, really -- I guess I probably am, but I feel remarkably untrendy. All the kids I (now) see strolling around are, like, shaggier and indier and more sunglasses-ed than I.

Hey, those apartments are really close to a totally awesome grocery store!! I'd be at SuperFoodMart all the damn time. (Or whatever it's called, something like that.)

Seriously, I could actually HANG OUT at that grocery store. It's got wide aisles and exposed brick walls and a fish counter and an actual bakery and everything crazy suburban stores have in half the space, but with food stamp-prices and shockingly good produce. And it's right by Resoration Plaza, which is...interesting, and I hope someone does something with it soon.

I can't believe how much amazing food there is in these neighborhoods. (sunnyside/woodside/jackson heights)

Been offered an apt. and ... can't ... decide .... grrr! Have to give answer tom'w. Looking at another one a few blocks away tonight which claims to be a 1-br vs a studio, for the same price.

Of course, just filed appeal with housing panel and am not in immediate danger of being evicted. This is called dithering.
