i'm nearly the same weight i was in highschool (graduated 11 yrs ago). i am prolly the same weight as ian (dunno how tall you are though). i finally gained 10 lbs this year.

ok, i'm about the same height, but my average weight was 10lbs more than that. finally up to 145. i'm still as skinny but have a wee bit of a gut. it's funny

when i got my drivers license renewed a couple months ago, they said all info the same? i said haha, no, you can add about 20 lbs there. if i was being honest, i'd have said 25-30.

i am driving to columbus after i leave knockersville (july 23rd) and then driving through rochester to go to albany. i don't think i'm stopping there at all but i might because the drive is like 11 hours :( there isn't anything fun to do though! nobody's there except rochester scensters.

i ate a hamburger today, that was giant! it was like 2/3 lb, and on one of those giant and delicious bulkie rolls. it had on it tomatoes, dijon mustard, blue cheese & goat cheese. mmmhmhmhgjhgjmn.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) -- The West Michigan Whitecaps say they have no plans to put a warning label on an enormous new hamburger they're selling this season - despite a vegan advocacy group's request to do just that.

Susan Levin, a staff dietitian for the Washington-based Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, sent a letter to the Grand Rapids minor-league team on Tuesday. She's asking that the 4,800-calorie burger be labeled a "dietary disaster" that increases the risk of cancer and heart disease.

The 4-pound, $20 burger features five beef patties, five slices of cheese, nearly a cup of chili and liberal doses of salsa and corn chips - all on an 8-inch bun.

Whitecaps spokesman Mickey Graham says the burger is a gimmick that's being promoted as a very unhealthy menu item.
