I'm still not sure I get this. So... actors who are known for a time period, shot in any other time period? That is, actor whose peak was the '70s shot in the '90s? Or is it more like, actor who is associated with the '70s playing someone from another time period (1940s or something)? Am I being spectacularly thick?

I don't get it either

actors who - together - are generally associated - together - in one period (be it from actually working together during that period or making some period based film or tv show together like nimoy and shatner) photographed together in another period different from the one they are associated with. so 'here's this dude you only know from civil war movies in a late 70s roller disco movie' doesn't count but 'here's this dude and this dudette you only know from civil war movies they made together in a late 70s roller disco movie they made together' does.

basically this is mainly gonna be a compendium of stunt casting.
