eh, someone likes the album's font? it reminds me of the 'futuristic' fonts from geek-tastic shit like robotech and risk 2210.

Yeah, I think it's shit. It's the cover of MHTRTC plus some extra mid '90s techo-shit added on top. So, I predict the new album will sound exactly like MHTR with added digital glitchery.

Because in early 2002 both BoC and Chemical Brothers released albums with ORANGE artwork.

Therefore in 2005....Chems release a [crap] album ..would BoC follow similar artwork, as if !

i like the font. it reminds me of something from my past. a zx spectrum game, probably. very boards of canada, that: a half-misted memory of some long-lost pleasure. or was it pain?

I disagree a bit about the font. It's got a Battlestar Galactica retro 70s sci-fi-ness about it. I understand the critique but I think it's saying something slightly different.

There was a bit more to the Chemicals/BoC artwork similarities than just the orange!

I have come to really like the new Chemicals album!

I dunno, I like the font...not a patch on the (IIRC) Bauhaus on MHTRTC, but it has a nice late-70's/early-80's look to it.

Exciting. If their recent remixes (cloudDEAD, Boom Bip, Beck) are any indication, this will be awesome. Boop Bip remix was incredible.

listen people, damnit, i think it looks different!! and im standing by that!

i mean, it's obviously a BOC cover, but it doesnt seem like a copy of Music has the Right. on my screen it seems a lot more blue. in any case, i just get a different feel. nothing worth arguing about of course.

the border was really what differentiated the new cover from the music has the right one to me, very similar art but very diff't design approach.

i take it the border is to make it look like a polaroid or something? it also makes it not square so i guess thatt's the cover but the border's not part of it.
