I'm really quite staggered at how dull it is.

I feel like this is the logical endpoint of their booking strategy over the past few years. They've been relying on a lot of the same names

this is so bland though. so many MOR indie rockers and not much else. i quite liked it when they had a whole stage of metal one year.

fwiw, i'm not anti-indie rock, but this is saturated.

The issue isn't that there's too much indie rock, the issue is that it's all old as hell. There are a few good things hidden in the smaller print, but I'm sure Primavera used to have way more new bands plus some kind of interesting headliners... Didn't they?

Anyone been in Porto in the last years, for the festival or otherwise? Will go this year despite the meager lineup, definitely looking forward to the city itself.

Still the best festival imo. Anyone going this year? Our trip this year is delayed until September for a wedding in Costa Brava.
