Security tip: whenever you put your username and password in Pre-Recovery Mode (PRM), it's always helpful to also include a scanned image of two (2) forms of photo identification, as that will enhance the recovery process for all participants when Recovery Day (RD) arrives.

facebook recovery email links will only lead me to a page which requires me to log in, but i can't log in because my password is not verified!!!!! what do I do!!!!

She's frustrated because her Facebook Account was hacked last Monday 17/03/2014, by someone who has changed her password and contact information. we have tried to recover her account and have a new password sent to her mobile phone number, but we were asked to enlist three of her trusted contacts, which she haven't ever set it before, so there is no way for her to get back on. could you please help us recover it and reset the password or at least reset it back to the old password and then she can change it again? thank you.

Yassir, please let your friend know that we've changed her password but that we subsequently lost her new password. We will need to contact Facebook Support Support in the hope that they can help us help you help your friend.
