The Tinkle stock the airport guy mentions is only on the bawsaq, which only works when you're signed in to the social club

No internet on my Xbox means I'm getting shafted with the stock market atm because both of the assassination missions I've done as Franklin for Lester (where he tells you what to invest in to make big money immediately after the hit) are related to stocks on the Bawsaq market.

not to get into WoW territory here, since idk anything about it, the whole concept of a fake economy is sort of fascinating. esp one that's subject to organized manipulation.

that first mission with michael/trevor/franklin together made me like this game again. super awesome especially for a series that is not exactly known for good mission design

while not without occasional misfires, improved mission design and integration into the flow of the game are the biggest reasons V is so good.

The mission design is awesome. The only two missions I haven't immediately wanted to play a second time were the yoga one and the big rig+stolen cars one.

My personal favourite so far is Trevor chasing the burning plane on a bike

I haven't played this yet, but the mission design is better? And yet the game is super easy? Those seem kind of contradictory.

I thought i'd already bought HAL but seem to have messed up a save. Finally got the mission that introduced Michael earlier this evening. I'm becoming determined that this is the first game I see through to the end. Miles behind everyone else, though.

re: lotus not finding himself in the game: i know several actors who have done voice work in GTA and have never seen themselves in game. It's a big game and rockstar doesn't even send you a copy of the game!

the stuff about aiming in that article above is bob on. so so frustrating, esp as the shooting range. aiming on a control pad is bleugh as it is but to not even match up to max payne 3, rdr or sc:bl is bad bad bad
