do cats hate hot weather? i mean they aren't like dogs who pant and drool all day when it gets hot out right?

no i know cats don't pant and drool but how do they feel about it, and how do they express it

my cat will just chill under the porch or a tree

ok that was for my information when i was considering a cat and let's say i wanted to cut costs and keep the a/c off while living somewhere rly hot and humid, would the cat object. that's a weird thing to think though, cats have been living all over the world for millenia w/o a/c rite?

is it common for cats to jump up to the top of an open door just to sit on it? i made her get down. she is insane.

my cat will jump on the refrigerator but not the door!! how does she even get up there?

lol my bike has been sitting against the door and first she was just using it to jump up to the top shelf of the closet, which shocked me because it's pretty high. there's blankets stacked in there and she takes naps in them. but i just heard a sound and i looked over and she had jumped all the way up. i tried to help her down and she kept batting at my hand so i had to stand on a chair. i closed the door. that's enough, cat!
