Why the fuck would you do this? There are no other Simpsons references about it, so all that's left is that "D'oh" sounds like 'dough', and 'Pizza Dough' is a shit name for a pizza place.

Maybe they're trying to suggest that they're aware of how horribly they've screwed up their pizza.
