oh also just downloaded Sarah Silverman's kids app 'Uncle Sarah'. Its pretty great but probably for ages 6+

our kid is playing with the alphabet app now. it's helpful during diaper changes and when we need to do some chores. and it's educational! funny thing, we don't let him watch much tv beyond streaming episodes of kipper or this DVD have of al jarnow shorts but i feel like interactive educational apps are a-ok.

tozzle keeps 22 month old and 5 yr old amused for ages, well worth paying for the full version. Peekaboo barn and spin offs. M loves all the toca boca ones too, we have the hairdresser, the tailor and the birthday ones (whichever ones have been on offer!)
