that's my shit right here. bulbs got the second slot on my ballot (beam me up white man), and rowche went top 10. didn't vote for gut, but i should have. a masseuse with hands of ripe cement.

A lot of Hex (The Classical, Iceland, Winter, Nazis), plus Look, Know, Elastic Man, Totally Wired; the incredible New Puritan, more from the first 2 albums (No Xmas... found talking to the cigarette machine???), Slates (Fit and Working, Leave the Capitol). No room to live for all of them...

12 of my 20 have placed already, and some others on my ballot are surely still to come. I'm not sure what the top 10 will contain -- hip priest, totally wired, ????

Lol I made a the fall spotify mix for la lechera a couple of weeks ago and put mnh first because it is top fall and catchy and arresting to boot and only later did I realize it was also a perfect opener bc she is in the middle moving!

I gave a hefty number of points (#3) to "Wings" too. Sounds like it might be a contender. "Rowche" and "Voxish" brings me to 12/20 of my ballot making it already. I might be Mr Consensus Picks to an even greater extent than usual.

it's amazing. as said upthread I'm really regretting leaving Mexico Wax Solvent off my rushed ballot - it'd probably be in the top 15. but yeah the whole album is probably the loosest, rangiest, Krautiest thing they've done other than PBL, and it has no real weak spots. plus Weather Report 2 is just utterly beautiful
