glad it wasn't just me, sunny. i mean i was around when it all went down, but there are definitely missing pieces in my understanding!

the last time i discussed certain aspects of this situation with people(non-ilxors) who also knew parts of it, they corrected me on a major assumption that i'd been working on, and which i might have passed on to roxymuzak in a private email (i can't remember.) i'm sure roxy knows many other parts of this whole sorry saga that i don't, but i'm not sure any of us will ever really know 'the full story', which is one of the reasons why i'm being circumspect, here. (another reaons is that i wld hate for the horribleness of the Luna saga to become the dominant narrative about (person X))

Hi, I just wanted to let you all know that I have read this entire thread and now am aware of the entire Luna saga. I stumbled onto this thread about a month ago and feel it was for the best that I read it. Also, the last time I contributed anything here was when I posted an ILX dream in 2010, so any assumptions about my posting any later than that are incorrect. I don't wish to come back here on a regular basis, but felt it necessary to at least inform everyone that I now know the full story and hope to God the person I suspect was bilked of all those thousands of dollars isn't the one I'm thinking of. Thank you and I am surprised a few of you have been so kind to me. My life has become harder than I can ever put into words, so I need any little kindness possible.

Honestly, I read this thread during what turned out to be the final hospitalization my mom was ever going to experience (I stayed with her, and yes, that means I no longer have any living parents), but I made the mistake of participating on this forum when I had just lost my dad and it made me loony trying to proceed as if things were normal, so I'll need some time and space to recover before even thinking of participating anywhere in these environs anymore. BTW, I am in constant contact with a few friends I made through the board such as Sam and Anthony Easton.

I never thought I'd be in my thirties and lose both my parents, but Jon Hamm lost both his parents by 20 so I'm trying to keep that in the forefront of my mind and how much more fortunate I was to have at least one parent in my life for a good decade and a half longer at least. I, on the other hand...you'd think I had some intelligence...well, back in 2014 I was straight up catfished for 7 months, and when you're in the grips of it it can be so hard to realise.

Oddly, the woman in the link does look vaguely like the FAKE luna pics.

Frankly I'm not that wowed by this shit anymore because all the stories out there show there's an astonishing amount of people ready to be easily fooled, which is sad :(
