See she makes reference to the Harry Horse case there ('The Cartoonist'), that was a horrible story

i liked the last record. haven't heard the new one yet due to some slumberland bullshit. i don't particularly like reading about the sexual dirty laundry of musicians, but oh well

it's just occurred to me how incredibly similar her voice is to coo from toys went berserk, particularly now wax idols are more gothy

the album is ok; it's definitely less adventurous than the previous ones, at times sounding a little too-like the last dum dum girls album (which is a record that I love), and her lyrics are absolutely horrible throughout, like cringeworthy bad at times. but I still find myself listening to it. on the whole though it's a step down from the first two albums.
