Listened to En Vogue's greatest hits tonight. Besides the obvious world-beating songs, I never noticed how great the production on "Whatever" from 1997 is.

My girlfriend got us En Vogue tickets as a slightly jokey Valentines present - they were so enjoyable! Ridiculously slick vocals, and bouncing around the stage like teenagers. I was shocked to learn that the oldest one is 54, you wouldn't have pegged any of them past mid thirties.

the bassline on my lovin is weird, its first half is all proper and then the second half just kind of floats around
