Calvin Harris should stop making music immediately

I just looked at his wikipedia page... that "Sweet Nothing" song is getting some radio play in the US and aside from the horrible Rihanna song it's his highest charting single. But in the UK his last six songs have gone 2-2-2-2-1-6 and both albums #1. Is he totally unavoidable on UK radio/in clubs etc?

i don't know if actual djs in actual clubs actually play him but yeah he's all over the radio, drinking from the bottle being the current irritant

I can't imagine any DJ with any kind of rep ever playing Calvin Harris, but he's probably ubiquitous in high street nightclubs (ie most of the clubs in the UK).

"thinking about you" is such a good song

yeah it's much better than his other recent stuff, i was actually surprised it was him. naturally it is not getting nearly as much american radio play as his other songs did.

"Summer" is ok but seems like a rewrite of "Feel So Close" (which I kind of liked *ducks*)

the synth line of the chorus to summer is beyond parody, like something from page 2 of "john thompson's elementary guide to the piano"

'summer' is aite. i still think 'i'm not alone' is the best, such a dumb song i love

it's my favorite by him too, tho i heard it again recently and i would say it has lost some of its appeal
