mohammed abba (dubplatestyle), Saturday, 25 October 2003 15:48 (twenty years ago) link

believe me steve if i let my hair grow i could thrash you there, too. there is no danger of this happening, though.

toby (tsg20), Saturday, 25 October 2003 16:55 (twenty years ago) link

ironuic, Saturday, 25 October 2003 17:01 (twenty years ago) link

No, because you weren't in attendance.

Nicolars (Nicole), Saturday, 25 October 2003 17:07 (twenty years ago) link

the last picture posted, it looks like andrew farrell? is about to sadistically finish off someone he has already punched to the ground. julio, perhaps.

RJG (RJG), Saturday, 25 October 2003 17:43 (twenty years ago) link

Ugh Ned it would be appreciated if you took the one of me down, please.

Sarah (starry), Saturday, 25 October 2003 17:56 (twenty years ago) link

Aw. :-( You sure?

Ned Raggett (Ned), Saturday, 25 October 2003 18:01 (twenty years ago) link

No, Starry, don't! It's a fine photo!

the last picture posted, it looks like andrew farrell? is about to sadistically finish off someone he has already punched to the ground. julio, perhaps.

I'm clearly winding up for a power chord in that photo. To the best of my recall. I had just seen Kill Bill, so it's possible that the red mist had descended by that point.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Monday, 27 October 2003 10:44 (twenty years ago) link

No! No! Stevem, don't cut your hair! I like your hair the way it is!

(However, take this with a pinch of salt, as you will...)

kate (kate), Monday, 27 October 2003 12:09 (twenty years ago) link

I also vote for Steve keeping his hair. You will miss it when it's gone.

Anna (Anna), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:08 (twenty years ago) link

yeh i've decided it can stay, i just need to do something about the weird green tint.

stevem (blueski), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:19 (twenty years ago) link

B-but Sarah Starry! You're so cute!

Sarah McLUsky (coco), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:28 (twenty years ago) link

stevem (blueski), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:32 (twenty years ago) link

i would've worn my brown zip-top but as gareth wasn't there, there seemed little point

stevem (blueski), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:32 (twenty years ago) link

Tom Ewing looks like he's my dad's lost brother for fuck's sake! That's frightening, I never realized this before. I'm pretty sure it's just the beard thing. I think.

Allyzay, Monday, 27 October 2003 14:35 (twenty years ago) link

lost brother?

stevem (blueski), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:36 (twenty years ago) link

I think all of the wedding FAP pictures looked nice.

Nicolars (Nicole), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:38 (twenty years ago) link

He doesn't actually have a lost brother, but if he did, it'd be Tom Ewing. Like say gypsies came to Philadelphia, stole a child, and brought it to London for no good reason, that'd be Tom in this scenario.

Allyzay, Monday, 27 October 2003 14:39 (twenty years ago) link

i'm a bit gutted cos the best one of me has a huge black tentacle obscuring half of me. still i may use it to boast to seadogs.

stevem (blueski), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:40 (twenty years ago) link

or Zionists

stevem (blueski), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:40 (twenty years ago) link

''the last picture posted, it looks like andrew farrell? is about to sadistically finish off someone he has already punched to the ground. julio, perhaps.''

Julio Desouza (jdesouza), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:41 (twenty years ago) link

he is really smiling.

RJG (RJG), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:46 (twenty years ago) link

RJG is a dick.

Allyzay, Monday, 27 October 2003 14:48 (twenty years ago) link

I, also, have a mantra.

RJG (RJG), Monday, 27 October 2003 14:50 (twenty years ago) link

I'm convinced.

the pinefox, Monday, 27 October 2003 14:59 (twenty years ago) link

I do not hate Julio, my brother in sobriety. I might hate RJG.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:03 (twenty years ago) link

No hate. This is a thread for WUV.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:03 (twenty years ago) link

Wild Unbridled Vivisection!

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:04 (twenty years ago) link

you might hate RJG, haha.

RJG (RJG), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:07 (twenty years ago) link

I try, but then I hear a tiny cod-glaswegian voice going "Rrr Jay Gee!", and the love floods back in.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:20 (twenty years ago) link

Hurrah for wuv!

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:29 (twenty years ago) link

hey stevem, have you ever seen 'the omen'? judging from that picture of you with the blurry dark line, you might be a marked man...

Rob Bolton (Rob Bolton), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:34 (twenty years ago) link

seriously what the hell that thing?

stevem (blueski), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:45 (twenty years ago) link

Rob Bolton (Rob Bolton), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:48 (twenty years ago) link

the best one of me has a huge black tentacle obscuring half of me

Anyone else read that ANOTHER way?

Madchen (Madchen), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:49 (twenty years ago) link

stevem (blueski), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:49 (twenty years ago) link

No, sorry.

Mark C (Mark C), Monday, 27 October 2003 15:50 (twenty years ago) link

thought the pulling hair back thing was a big, saucy come on.

Then, you're lucky you haven't seen him cross his legs.....

My thoughts, in no particular order:

Henceforth, Daddino is known as the new Zen Master.

Love Anna's new look. Men should start lining up, any second now.

What the hell happened to that first pic? Spell gone awry?

Again, tis proved Tim rules all w/ a quiet and heavy fist.

Lovely to finally see Isabel after hearing about her for so long.

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Monday, 27 October 2003 19:11 (twenty years ago) link

You seem like a nice bunch.

PJ Miller (PJ Miller), Monday, 27 October 2003 19:52 (twenty years ago) link

Again, tis proved Tim rules all w/ a quiet and heavy fist.

ah tis true, i took many a beating, but twas all in good fun

stevem (blueski), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 01:02 (twenty years ago) link

I think Nichole meant lining up for a smackdown with Toby.

Did I? You'll never be sure;> Still, Anna can subvert her enemies with quick reflexes while looking them straight in the eye. (Is Toby easy to defeat, though? Most pseudo-hardmen are.)

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 19:18 (twenty years ago) link

Thanks Nicole. (I'm ignoring the rest of the oddness).

Well and welcome, Anna. The short style is v. flattering. (A touch of maturity wouldn't be amiss round here;>)

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 19:20 (twenty years ago) link

it's safe to say i've never been called a pseudo-hardman before.

toby (tsg20), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 19:29 (twenty years ago) link

(it makes an amusing change from "blatantly gay", anyway.)

toby (tsg20), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 19:30 (twenty years ago) link

(laugh) Gays dress pretty sharp, so you've been getting a compliment. Stick around, as I usually can come up with a few daily surprises.

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 19:32 (twenty years ago) link

Are you going to tuen Toby gay *live* on ILX?

Lara (Lara), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 19:34 (twenty years ago) link

3,2,1 *poof*

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 19:36 (twenty years ago) link

Lara, I thought about it. But then, I'd have to turn some other ILX candidates too---just to be fair.

And Dan, the trick doesn't work without the *drumroll*

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 19:45 (twenty years ago) link

I'll beat you all at arm wrestling, btw.

Allyzay, Tuesday, 28 October 2003 20:17 (twenty years ago) link

Has Anna challenged you yet, Toby?

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Tuesday, 28 October 2003 21:45 (twenty years ago) link
