I am currently looking for somewhere to open a tacky Irish theme pub. Have ruled out Chisinau (it has four), Perm (at least two, including a gay one), Arkhangelsk, Tashkent and Heilongjiang. Grozny was looking promising until I found out you can only sell beer between eight and ten in the morning.
