Came here to post this.
Jonathan Richman means a whole lot more to me than Billy Bragg does but in this case I'd go with Billy because that song is just full of brilliant lyrics. Not a huge fan of the Jonathan Richman song really and the album it came from is one of the weaker Modern Lovers albums.
