Add me to "interesting in theory, boring in practice" group. The physical sensation in this isn't that great (at least not compared to many other types of acts), and the lack of any participation for the other party (well, I guess with big boobs and long dick you can do titfuck/bj combo, but that seems kinda uncomfortable for the woman) is a total turn-off, at least for me. It seems to me the main reason people do this that they get kicks for having, or their partner having, big breasts (since that's what's usually required for titfucking), which is okay I guess (who am I to judge what turns other people on?), but personally I can find better types enjoyment from boobs.
