What is racist?

Blacks = Nigger ect..

I was working out which you find offensive and which are not.

E.G Frogs is apparantly non offensive whereas Pakis is offensive?

I think "frog" can be offensive but I know what you mean, it's more of an accepted form of racism - dunno why. If England were to play France in a football match it would be all "fuckin' frogs raaargh" but not so much if it were Pakistan. Is it an ethnicity thing? Like, is it worse to call someone a rag-head or a kraut or a spic or a Yank?
Funnmy how Spic and Wop are generally considered to be semi-offensive (i.e. if you heard someone say it you'd think of them as racists. If you call someone a Paki or a Nigger then that's definitely racist. But if you call someone a Frog or a Paddy then it's only considered vulgar and offensive, but not really racist (unless it's followed up with serious abuse.).
