That is some good writing, nevertheless.

Jeez....I'm not sure what point there is in discussing the Eagles at all? Are the Eagels in the news? Is this because of the "farewell" concert on NBC a week or so ago?

And speaking of which, weren't they supposed to have been working on an actual album? The "Farewell" tour is awfully low-key (network TV castoff notwithstanding).

TS: "Jeez....I'm not sure what point there is in discussing the Eagles at all?" vs. "And speaking of which, weren't they supposed to have been working on an actual album?"

Actually, the article was discussing the Eagles mega-box set that's either recently or to-be released.

Okay donut, I glossed over the mention of the box set...I was attempting to find the point and ended up missing it altogether.

I think that DQ overreaches on the two kinds of people line, but I guess he was attempting to be humorous.

I'm late to the party, though Ned.

btw: we're still not paying for reviews (I do have the right person, right?) haha.

he misattributes the topic/lyrics of the song "Ms. Holy Roller" to "Loretta" in that Will Smith review.
