I like Ken.

I am so sad that the place that is serving this up is too far for me to drive to on my lunch break and make it back in time. And then, I won't be able to go there for dinner either cuz I've got the boy tonight, and if there's one thing he damn sure ain't gonna eat it's curry.

I know a baby that eats curry!

Lukas used to eat curry when he first started eating not-babyfood food. He used to eat carrots. He used to eat pineapple, sweet potatoes, figs, broccoli ("trees"), and anything I breaded and deep-fried for him. This limited-eating-range phase of his seems like it should be getting old by now.

Pumpkin curry has the most amazing color and texture and flavor and everything. I want to make a big shit ton of it and have a curry party and serve it in PUMPKINSHELLS.

I've never made it before. Googling, one of the very first hits brought up this recipe though, which looks simple enough to manage & tweak to specifications.

nicka-could you get Lukas soup or noodles or something while you get tasty curry again?
I made pumpkin bars last week; they were cheap, fattening, and tasty.
