Some say openly on this board words like, 'That Janne Karlsson, what a character, hihi! What are we to do with his words and viewpoint?' I am of belief though that this is some other use of the word to which is so to speak intended in this thread?

Yes it sems the Christain weaklingers non heathens think tehre is to be somethng funny about our manner. Then i rmeber that they are ignorant of the ways of Blackness and Wolfen-ness. If they think us amusing character hihi they are in for surprise. When least expecting.

True indeed Vas! For what do they know of misanthopic hatefulness? We have grim powers the likes of which kind of thing they are cannot be imaginable by a mind weakened so to speak with Christian values.

For example, are they unaware of the thin veil between the real and the unreal? That dakling spirits gather in the nightside to suck their living soul, even as they protest their innocence? No? I rest my case, then!!

...I think I can be smart enough to eat, drink and cavort my way through life in a way that is not in conflict with my optimal longevity; there are no reasons why one should exclude the other.
There are no reasons why I should make any sacrifices, on that point I totally agree with you! I don't want to be an accomplice in that crime against humanity that is the ascetic ideal, bloody disgrace of a machine to "make angels"/alienate that was pushed on the world by christians and certain philosophers.
If following my path for optimal longevity I hit what seems to be a "conflict of interest" then I have to spend some time to solve it on my own and using brainz networks on the net.
real quick like here are some solutions to what looked like sacrifices you suggested in yr'posts:
*there are many non damaging ways to alter one's consciousness.
*there's an alternative to calory restriction that is less efficacious (18% increase of lifespan instead of 40% on animals tested) but still it's better than nothing: eat all U want then exercice in consequence to burn it all and then some.
*you can experiment with weird sleep cycles ex: davinci who was managing to sleep 15 minutes every 4 hours.
when there's a will (to power)there's a way (to the superman!)
