It was great! It was the 100th anniversary of the piece's premiere and the 30th birthday of the mezzo performing it.

back in 1992 in the pre-web days I had a friend in college who maintained a relationship with someone off a BBS by pretending to be a woman, for at least a year. I don't think any money ever exchanged hands but a LOT of gifts did. He eventually felt bad about this deceit and confessed, then tried to set the guy up with his mom. Don't know how that worked out. From what I remember, the man accepted the entire situation pretty well considering it was really a bastard thing to do.

A large amount of money coming from this person to Luna has been verified by several sources. Someone who has directly talked to or is said sources can speak up if I'm mistaken.

I am glad Dee is doing OK; I think she posted recently-ish (as in the past year or two) to a Duran Duran thread and I was glad she was around but then she disappeared again.

Also hi Bryan, sorry to hear, and I didn't know who GD was, and none of the 3 people I've mentioned in this post (or anyone in Duran Duran) will remember who the hell I am because I was just some whiny/twee British lurker so never mind.
