fortunately (or not) for me, my substantial beak will carry any glasses far enough from my face that i have never even thought about having this problem!?
do you guys both have small noses? i've always wondered what that would be like.

I was watching a lot of Star Trek recently and I think I have the same nose as Shatner. Not small. But v big cheeks.

I am obviously envious of anyone who is not flat-faced like myself and has a nice nose bridge upon which to perch a pair of glasses

Yes, I have a small nose that goes straight down so that my glasses slide down a lot which can be annoying. Sometimes I think my nose is too small for my face.

my ears (or something?) are not level, so sunglasses perch unevenly on my face! the bigger they are, the less noticeable this is.

Good timing with this thread, I've got FSA $$ to use up this month.

i got prescription sunglasses this summer and wow so great - they are unisex wayfarer-style though, so perhaps not fashiony fabs enough for this thread

yeah I have prescription sunnies too. Kind of a modest Jackie O style, tortoiseshell kinda thing, I love them.
Total cliche but they kinda changed my life. I used to lose sunglassses ALL the time - I've had these for like, 7 years or something.

I have rx sunglasses but I rarely wear them because I usually wear contacts. Haven't lost those though which is goood because $.

i have a medium sized turned-up nose that is perfect for glasses, however this is balanced by having somewhat uneven ears

My nose is big and pointy like an isosceles triangle and the bone is flat on top, so glasses tend to slide down pretty easily. I really need to get my regular glasses tightened, now that I think of it

the ones i linked are made by a co. called corvus i picked them up cuz i met and liked the guy that makes them (on the same beach as that picture lol) but i think panda makes the better known ones and they seem p nice too

About once or twice a year I regret not having sunglasses...then the sun goes away.

Kind of feel I'm too pale to look cool in shades.

I have ones with colour-changing frames, bought on ebay for £6. They go from blue to purple when they're exposed to the sun. I feel a bit childish wearing them but I kind of love them.

fwiw I have the "square" face and the two pairs of sunglasses I have ever found that look good on me are almost identical to the ones in that picture (some cheap thin-frame aviators, and some tortoise shell ray ban "new wayfarers")

ray-bans are great but it's hard to justify them being so expensive other than luxottica's virtual monopoly on designer sunglasses
