Why is it uncool to ask about unceremoniously disappeared posters?

because of the part where the subject of conversation, who is a private citizen as opposed to a celebrity or other public figure, has their picture posted and their career discussed without being around to say "hi, I left the board for a reason, could you please take my picture down, and find something else to talk about, thank you"

I realize this is really hard for you internet age kids with your facebook pages but stalking ex-posters is actually still not cool
stalking people and blogging about your stalking of people is pretty ethan-level scary/lame anyway but really, these people don't post here any more. Why do you think that is and why do you think it would be remotely appropriate to start posting their fucking resume here complete with pictures?
