oh sorry! i get them all confused, esp youngsbower (which i know contains richard youngs because of youngs) but matthew bower and skullflower -- that gets all mixed up in my brain! next thing you know there's gonna be a bowersflower power hour or something.

- dissecting the concept of #yolo
- planning a small menu of finger foods for my birthday party on Saturdays
- grocery stores / being in grocery stores / going grocery shopping (this never leaves my list tbh)

100 g pasta
12.5 g salt / 1 liter water
1/8 cup pasta water
1/2 pat butter
cheese, salt, pepper

w plain yogurt

xp the 3rd, 4th and 5th go in after pasta's drained

Those Fage yogurts with the fruit cuppy!! Total full-fat and 2% are good; the 0% is too chalky which is sad bcz it has all the best flavors (mango guyanbana!!)
