huh, the benchmark i heard was trained power loss at obla is usually compounded .5%/year after age 35, which gets you to a little over 5% decline/decade, but his is estimated at 19% loss/decade. does he still ride at all? pretty damn sure i just don't understand exercise physiology very well.
under everyone's fave coggan chart and disregarding endurance issues, with those numbers he could be a dece cat 3. and if he went back to 80kg with those numbers, he would be a good 2.
