xps: It basically says that the best friends are the ones that are there when we succeed and are happy for our triumphs, where as shitty friends only show up when we are in a bad place so they can comfort themselves with our misery. (paraphrase)

which I guess is an interesting flip of the cliched advice that good friends are there when times are bad

and that people who only show up when you succeed aren't real friends, etc.
