apparently Hendrix hung out with a pre-fame Peter Tork when they were both musicians frequenting the Village.
Surprised me slightly when I first heard that since Peter seems to be about the most nothing member of the band, but he was a Village folkie before he got picked up for the series. Davy Jones is at least cloying.

Maybe I need to watch the series(es) again for a better look at Peter?
