I'd absolutely love this decade of music if this was in fact the sound of today.

Also, I'm feeling old. Given that I've spent the year exploring ethnic and modern academic music, I've only heard 24 of the nominated albums, and only 12 of which I'd be excited to see on a year-end best of.
