Pictures, art, logos, etc, that took you a long time to interpret correctly

xxp I'm English and we see this image so much that it's kind of like a non-image by the time we're six or seven years old. Kind of like how I imagine American kids see Ronald McDonald and think 'that's Ronald McDonald' and not 'urgh creepy clown dude'.

if he were a creepy clown corpse who was being consumed by flies (actually bees), then I think this would be a different story

I'm probably the wrong U.S.er to talk about Ronald, who has always given me the weirds. I remember at age seven being at a 4th of July parade and when the float with Ronald came by, hearing the other kids cry out his name. "Ronald! Ronald!" not in fear. It was the first time being in a crowd and thinking, what is wrong with all these people? Am I the only sane one here?
