And if you'd rather stay clean-shaven, let me say that I feel your pain. I get a five-o'clock shadow at 2.

I have to chime in and say that's a great beard.
I'm kind of jealous of men who can grow a beard easily, but OTOH shaving is already difficult enough as it is.

I'm lucky as hell to work in an office where if you haven't shaven for two days, nobody accuses you of looking like a bum. This is especially good because with two days of growth and a hot shower and a single-blade safety razor, you get the best possible shave. The blade has to be able to cut something, and not just have you applying pressure to your skin with a blade that's designed more not to give you any nicks than it is to actually efficiently remove your facial hair.

I have a near-constant stubble because shaving constantly sucks, this look can pass these days, and I am past the age where I also get a five o'clock stubble a few hours early

I'm not actually cleanshaven there. Just took the hair trimmer to my face with the guard off. I don't shave unless I have to cause there are better types of hell.
